My focus and responsibility is creating, maintaining and building new digital products and identities for multiple global brands/subbrands, creative direction (UX/UI) on all digital platforms. Collaboration with external vendors and global teams - Strategically implementing the philosophy of design thinking / experience design throughout the whole organization.
Sales tools
Presenting our products in a more professional way in the field, I proposed to leadership that we needed to advance our sales materials, moving from brochures to digital and visual experiences in 3D environments. This would improve the whole ecosystem of our customer journey and make the sales reps shine. Unfortunately IT would not give us the budgets to produce a real IOS app even though we made plenty of UX sketches, so we decided to work on a HD prototype (MLP)under the radar to make leadership fall in love with the product and see it's potential.
